No. A new signed PDF is generated and downloaded to you, leaving the original file untouched.
Only anonymous, aggregated usage statistics — page views and funnel events such as 'PDF opened', 'signature method chosen', and 'PDF saved'. No file content or personal identifiers are ever included.
