Can I loop only part of a video?

Yes. You can set a loop start time and end time to repeat a selected segment.

Where are my loop settings stored?

Saved loop settings and recent history are stored locally on your device using Chrome extension storage.

Does the extension send my saved YouTube URLs or loop timestamps to analytics?

No. Saved loop settings, YouTube video URLs, video titles, watched video content, and start or end timestamps are not sent to analytics services.

Can I remove saved loop history?

Yes. You can remove saved history entries in the extension interface, or remove all locally stored extension data by uninstalling the extension or clearing extension storage in Chrome.

Does it change the original YouTube video?

No. The extension only controls playback in your browser tab. It does not modify YouTube videos or upload anything.

Why does the segment not always start at the exact millisecond?

YouTube playback seeking depends on the video player and available keyframes, so very small timing differences can happen. Adjust the start or end time slightly if you need a cleaner loop.
