Click the Side Panel icon in your Chrome toolbar. You can also pin it for quick access by right-clicking the icon and selecting "Pin".
Yes. Click the "+" button inside the panel to add any site. You can also drag and drop items to reorder them, and right-click any item to rename or remove it.
Yes. Open the extension settings (click the gear icon in the panel) to change the theme, size, position, and animation style of the dock.
No. The extension reads your Chrome bookmarks and history only to display them in the panel. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to any server.
Yes — only the text you explicitly type and translate is sent to the Google Translate API. Side Panel itself does not store or log this text. See Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles translation requests.
The panel is available on all regular web pages (http and https). It is not available on Chrome system pages such as chrome://settings or chrome://extensions due to browser restrictions.
Not by default. To enable it in incognito, go to chrome://extensions, find Side Panel, and turn on "Allow in Incognito".
